This Wednesday (November 19), as part of Mouth Cancer Action Month, we're asking everybody to help raise awareness of mouth cancer and support the campaign by making the day Blue Wednesday!

Taking part is so easy...

• It can be a jumper or a shirt, a hat or a pair of shoes. It's entirely up to you. Just as long as it's blue. You can even combine it with a Blue Lip Selfie!

• Find a group of friends or persuade your work colleagues to do the same. Send round an invitation for them to join you by wearing something blue.

• Raise money for you or your team's efforts and donate to Mouth Cancer Action.

• Take a photo of you in blue and share it on social media using #BlueWednesday while encouraging your friends and followers to be mouthaware for Mouth Cancer Action Month.

Your participation will be truly valued and really can make a difference in helping us to educate the world about a disease which is diagnosed in one person every five hours.
