When: Saturday 14 September 2019 and Sunday 15 September 2019

Where: Snowdonia National Park, Wales

Come join our team as we take on two mountains at Snowdonia!

Over two days, Moveit4smiles be walking 17km to raise awareness and money for mouth cancer and the importance of boys and girls having the HPV vaccine.

The two walks include:

Cnicht (Saturday 14 September 2019)

The Welsh Matterhorn! This popular Welsh mountain is a 10km walk and an ascent of 577m. You’ll take on this summit from the tiny village of Croesor.

Expect to enjoy long summit ridges, a little scrambling, extensive views and even old quarries.

A route suitable for those with limited walking experience and a reasonable level of fitness.

Check out the information guide to Cnicht here!

Tryfan (Sunday 15 September 2019)

We head for Tryfan via the South Ridge. Voted the best mountain in Britain and famous for the fact that you cannot get to the summit without using your hands.

Starting from the shores of Llyn Ogwen, you’ll gain height using a series of paths and staircases around the southern side of Tryfan where it all gets distinctly rockier.

This route is a tough route and is best suited to those with some previous walking experience.

Check out the information guide to Tryfan here!

You can join us for one day or both - it's entirely up to you.

Your participation is absolutely free.  All we ask is that you raise as much money for our cause as possible.
