Hick Lane Dental Surgery Heads to School!

National Smile Month is coming to Bateley, and Hick Lane Dental Surgery are spreading valuable oral health education to young children in local schools. 

Our Principle Dentist, along with two fantastic dental nurses will be going into local nurseries and a junior school to deliver lessons on dental hygiene. 

Children will learn about the importance of looking after their teeth and how to do this.

We also will be encouraging them to visit their dentist regularly and aiming to reduce any anxieties they may have.

We should all be visiting the dentist regularly, as often as they recommend. 

It is so important that children get off to the best possible start, especially as far as their oral health is concerned. It is never too early for children to learn about why it is so important to look after their teeth and gums.
