The second week of National Smile Month has been full of sunshine, campaigning and a lot of wonderful Nominate a Smile entries!

We are delighted to announce that a very special lady has been chosen as our latest competition winner, on the back of receiving amazing support from everybody she has touched with her smile.

Heather Ferrol, 57 from Stranraer, was nominated for the award by the team at her local dental practice, Southwest Smile Care Centre.

The nomination was made through Facebook and Heather was proven to have massive support as the post was shared more than 150 times.

It seems that Heather has made quite an impression with the people at her local practice who were eager to tell us that she has a “wonderful ability to light up a room with her beautiful smile.”

It quickly became very clear to us that this brilliant lady has touched the lives of so many people across Scotland and for that reason we know she is a worthy winner of our Nominate a Smile competition.

We will be arranging to visit Heather next week to present her with her prize and get a couple snaps with one of our trademark Smileys!
