It can be a sign of friendship, trust, togetherness and love. It's also a sign of good oral health. That's why, during National Smile Month, we want to collect as many smiles as possible - from all over the UK. National Smile Month is the perfect chance to share your smile and promote the importance of having a healthy mouth. How to take part Take a picture of yourself smiling along with a positive smiley message and where the picture is being taken. Alternatively, you can download and print a card we’ve designed and use that instead. You can download and print this message card here - Message Card (PDF) | Message Card jpeg. You can also use one of our Facebook profile photo frames which can be found here - Red frame | Blue frame Make sure to include the hashtags #SmileMonth and #Sharingasmile in your photo For an example of an oral health message to include along with your smiley selfie see some examples below: “A smile is one of the most powerful tools at our disposal.
