Home challenges can make smile care fun and engaging, especially for children. They help turn advice into action.

You could try:

  • A family brushing routine challenge.

  • Choose to drink more water throughout the week.

  • Picking smile-friendly snacks together.

  • Setting a regular time for daily routines.

Challenges work best when they feel supportive, not strict. The aim is to build habits step by step.

You might also:

  • Use charts or stickers to track routines.

  • Celebrate small successes.

  • Talk together about why these habits matter.

Making smile care part of family life helps children learn by example.
