Join the nation's biggest oral health campaign and help bring a smile to millions of people.

This year is our biggest year yet as we get ready to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Smile Month, and we need your smiling faces to make it happen.

Short lunchtime sessions can be an effective way to share information in a relaxed setting. These do not need to be formal or clinical. Clear, practical advice works best.

You could:

  • Host a short talk on daily smile care habits.

  • Share tips on food and drink choices at work.

  • Run a question-and-answer session.

  • Use simple visuals or handouts.

Sessions can be in person or online. Keeping them brief and practical makes them easier for staff to attend.

  • Link smile care to general wellbeing topics.

  • Invite staff to share their own tips.

  • Provide take-away resources after the session.

Spit out after brushing. Do not rinse with water. This helps the fluoride protect the teeth.

These sessions can help staff feel more confident about small changes they can make.
