In December’s edition, we look back at some of the fantastic ways you have helped us raise awareness of mouth cancer in November. In this issue, we touch on just some of the fantastic fundraising efforts which show why the campaign simply wouldn’t be the same without you.

We discuss concerning research which suggests those suffering from mental health problems, like depression, are more likely to encounter oral health issues.

We touch on new findings that reinforce the belief that taking great care of our teeth and gums can have a very good impact on the rest of our body.

The final issue of 2018 would not be complete without some timely advice on how to make sure your oral health doesn’t suffer during the festive period. We give you some cracking Christmas advice about how you can develop and maintain better oral health going into 2019.

Please enjoy this edition of Word of Mouth and from all of us at the Oral Health Foundation, have a wonderful Christmas and we’ll see you in the new year!
