National Smile Month

Between 17 May and 17 June 2021, the Oral Health Foundation will be raising awareness of important health issues and ready to put a smile on everybody's face.

We want you to join us and make a positive difference to the oral health of millions of people.

Getting exercise daily is extremely important for our physical and mental wellbeing.

For National Smile Month, why not consider getting sponsored to run, walk or cycle a local circuit every day of the campaign?

Having the support of your friends and family can be the perfect motivation to spur you on towards your goal throughout the month.

Use this time to make a positive difference in your life and by doing it on behalf of the Oral Health Foundation, the funds you raise can help us change lives across the country for the better.

What you need

  • An online fundraising page (create one here).

  • A route you feel comfortable running, walking or cycling regularly.

  • A social media account, to spread the word on your challenge and encourage people to sponsor you.

  • A camera or smartphone, to take pictures and keep people up to date on your challenge throughout the month.

Organising your challenge

  • Firstly, decide what you want to do and set yourself an achievable target. It's good to give yourself a bit of a challenge but make sure it's sustainable for the whole month.

  • Tell us about it! Create a fundraising page and get in touch with us by emailing [email protected]. We're happy to help you promote your fundraising efforts and drum up support for you.

  • Take plenty of pictures and share them online on social media so everyone can see how well you're doing.
